Typical Wednesday -- gym day off. No lunchtime walk, as I had too
many meetings.

Food:

* 8:30 (home): 30g flax flake cereal, 30g All Bran, 22g whey protein,
1 cup skim milk
* 12:00 (work, brought from home): sandwich w/ 2 slices whole wheat
bread, 72g Healthy Choice ham, 2 slices f/f cheese, mustard
* 3:00 (work, brought from home): 1 carton light strawberry cheesecake
yogurt
* 7:00 (home): 30g peanuts
* 8:15 (home): 98g sirloin steak; 121g sweet potato; 6 oz. broccoli
slaw w/ 3 tbs f/f blue cheese dressing
* 10:30 (home -- planned): chocolate caramel cup

1455 calories, 38g fat (24%), 184g carbs (50%), 113g protein (31%)
