Just My Luck
Hubby ordered a kickass 525-watt mixer for me as a belated
Christmas/Birthday gift. I'm going to have to search for some big LC recipes when it arrives. ;) |

We made my father in law a sponge cake a couple of weeks ago & I'll bet that recipe would convert to LC pretty well becuase it was more eggs than anything else. Maybe replace the sugar with splenda and the flour with almond flour? Obesity awaits you. http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap040122.html Lift well, Eat less, Walk fast, Live long. |

Poor SadMu_n is sad because he is such a lousy oracle. Obesity? From eating cheesecake three times a year? Or an occasional bit of whipped cream? Or from baking a birthday cake for someone else? Oh, it must be from those darned pureed veggies. Somehow mooshing them up & using them to make pretty patterns on the plates add calories:) Poor silly, sad mu_n, last time I was calipered, I was at 23% -- not bad for an old broad who wears a D-cup:)Robyn |

That is, it is not able to produce sustained 525 watt output as measured by a dynamometer. i You can come over and measure it. Thanks for playing. |
