Caralluma - powerful appetite suppressant & fat burner
 

I just ordered some new supplements (new for me) on Amazon.com. I
checked a health food store, but their prices were much higher. I have
been reading Dr. Perricone's "7 Secrets to Beauty, Health, and
Longevity." I really trust Dr. Perricone. I'm using most of the
supplements he recommends and I'm going to be using all the rest of
them soon. I've been making more money and I decided to invest some of
my extra money into my health rather than buy a new iPod or something
like that.

One of the supplements I ordered today has capsules of Caralluma
extract plus green tea extract combined. This should be great. Green
tea speeds up your metabolism. And from what I read, Caralluma is an
extremely powerful but safe appetite suppressant. It also blocks the
formation of new body fat while increasing the burning of existing
body fat. It's also supposed to give you more energy and help build
muscles. And someone said it gives you a euphoric high too. I can't
wait to get my Caralluma. I will report on how it is after I get it.

I recently started using R-alpha lipoic acid and coenzyme Q10 again. I
got really good quality brands this time (Syntrax r-ALA and Swanson
CoQ10). The last time I tried them, they didn't help because I had
bought poor quality brands. I really notice the difference. These two
supplements are helping me a lot in many ways. My mental functioning
is better. I have more energy. My sex drive is higher. My digestion is
much better. It seems like basically my whole body is working much
better now.
