Who else shares my bad habit of "Make It Disappear?" Good with a rabbit
and a hat but not good with food. Periodically I shop for high cal density things I know I won't resist well like raisins and nuts. And when the packages near the end I have great remorse and decide to get rid of rest. Not to the neighbors or the garbage chute but right into my mouth. This habit needs to be erased. best way, eat this stuff in limited amounts OUTSIDE of my place. -- Diva ***** The Best Man For The Job Is A Woman |

At least I do buy pint size instead of the half gallon when I do bring it homeg I normally buy a cone at the local ice cream shop. I had a similar problem with trail mix. I bought a large bag and divided it into smaller bags with the intention of using them on bike rides. Unfortunately not a one of those little bags made it to the bike trails. I ate most of them one evening while working on the computer at home. At least I did get up and get them one at a time! I think most of us probably have some foods we know should never be brought into the house. Beverly |

I just get cravings where I want to start gnawing on a hunk of it. Lucky for me, Laughing Cow Light Swiss clocks in at 35 calories for a 3/4 oz chunk (I think that's how much it weighs in at), and does satisfy the "gimme cheese!" crazies. I think most of us probably have some foods we know should never be brought into the house. I put trail mix, nuts & things like that somewhere too high to reach without a stepladder. On occasion I get up & bring down a portion. Has worked for me so far. |
