Weight watcher member with weight lifting question

Hello. Several years back I purchased the Firm fanny lifter. It
came
with 3 dvds: Cardio Sculpt, Body Sculpt and Ab Sculpt. There was a
30-
day rotation guide included along with the set, their recommendations
on how you should follow the tapes. Example: week 1 monday -cardio
sculpt, tuesday-rest, wednesday-ab sculpt, etc. I have since
misplaced the guide and would like to start working out with this
system. Does anyone have this rotation available to let me know?
Thanks. I want to follow their recommended schedule for best
results.

I noticed this post, so I looked up what a Fanny Firm Lifter is. It appears
to be a set for step aerobics that comes with 3 dvds for the various
workouts you mentioned.

I thought I might be able to find the dvds by themselves on Ebay, but no
such luck (that doesn't mean they are not there, just that I could not find
them).However, I did find this:
http://centralhome.com/ballroomcount...bic_videos.htm, one of them
might work.

Hum..

Can't help you there, but I do have to point out, that is no weight
lifting...

It might be resistance training (though it seems mostly cardio) but not
weight lifting..

Thanks for looking into it - well it is resistance training/weights b/
c it uses 3, 5 and 8 pound free weights at points. I am just hoping
to find the recommended user schedule. I shouldn't have lost it in
the first place!

Have you written to the company and asked them if they could replace it?
