moroccan mixture
 
Ingredients
x ounces of shrimp based on your protein needs
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 small zuchini, cubed
1/2 cup spaghetti squash cooked and shredded
1/2 cup canellini beans
Moroccan spice blend to taste (google)


Place all ingredeints at hand. Put cooking spray in nonstick pan. Cook zuch
for a bit, then add shrimp. When nearly cooked, add everything else. Heat
rhrough.

Or chicken. I have done that too. This is sort of my lunch blueprint.
Protein, flavor mix I am in the mood for. Veggies. Moisture agent. I may do
Thai red curry paste with cottage cheese (coconut milk does not fit in. It
just costs toom any points to even bother with), curry powder with plain
nonfat yougourt or if I am making an Indian dish, make some extra spices.
Morrocan and applesauce is one of my favorites. MMM leftover ham with
cabbage and carrots stir fried with soy sauce and ginger.

Oh I also find that having even a s mall amount of beans holds my
satisfaction longer.
