Weight Loss Victory

Hi All,
I want to let the world know this is a day of celebration. I lost 30
pounds and have kept it off for 1 year. Yeah! Just a few changes
every day will make a huge difference over time. I used this great
program that I found on the internet but here I'll share a just a few
weight loss tips;

Celebrate small steps. A one pound loss is a cause for celebration;
soon it will be two then ten, twenty and so on. But one pound is a
great start! Celebrate.

Fill in between meals with healthy snacks like fruit and low-fat
yogurt. Eat grapes and berries instead of chips.

Try freezing your chocolate or cookies. Eat them frozen and you’ll
have to go slow.

You don’t have to give up your favorite treat. Almost every type of
snack food now comes in 100 calorie packs. Cookies, chips,
chocolate. Just stick to small portions, take your time and really
enjoy what you are eating and don’t feel guilty about it, that just
leads to more eating.

More later, I'm off to celebrate my weight loss victory.
