Bill Clinton's Lost 24 Pounds On Meatless Diet!
He told Wolf on CNN Wednesday that his weight [not stated] is now what
he weighed in high school. "I knew I needed to lose some weight for Chelsea's wedding," Clinton said. "So I did some research on the Internet and found some dietary tips that led me to give up all meat and dairy, eat mostly legumes and other vegetables, some occasional fish, and a glass of almond milk in the morning for protein. "After about two months of this, I'm finding that my metabolism is adjusting in a positive way and I think I might have found a way to keep the weight off." |
This was why vegetarians are much slim compared to meat eaters. Sadly i could not have such diet cause i want to eat chicken meat a lot. Maybe i just add up more vegetables to my diet.
