I haven't been to weigh-in for about four weeks. I can come up with a
reasonable excuse for each of the three weigh-ins that I've missed - sick,
cricket, inebriated!! - but I should do OK tomorrow.

Well I fronted up at the weigh-in, and I've lost another 3.1kg since the
weigh-in four weeks ago. My total loss in seven weeks is 12.5kg (about 27½
pound). I guess I should feel good about that, but I still ain't pretty by
any stretch of the imagination...
