White Coat Hi blood pressure?

facing a serious tooth extraction my BP was sky hi, but at home it was
just fine. what to do?

Blood pressure, is common disease in these days, my father is also
suffering from this problem, i think exercise is good way to get control on it..

In high BP you need to take medicine regularly ........and be happy to stay healthy..
