The dilemma

The wife was "down" for a long period of time with very little
exercise possible.

55yo, 5' 7 and now 240#, was down to 200#, used to be 180#.

A couple years or so ago, she lost 40# (down to 200#) on a low
carb diet, but she also was able to walk or treadmill a lot.
However, with both ankles operated on, a recent foot surgery and
a knee nearly bad, (all from arthritis eating the joints up)
walking is no longer a choice.

Would truly appreciate some serious weight losing advice for her,
and money IS an object for us nowadays.

Thanks.
