Food and Workout Log 11.21.07 (yesterday)
Well, today is Thanksgiving! The Food Logs are going to be
interesting after today. ;) Hope everyone has a great one. Breakfast: 1 pop-tart cal- 200 Lunch: tuna pita with lett, tomato, alfalfa, olives, and cucumber spread. baked lays. diet coke cal- 500 Dinner: can of alphabet pasta in tomato sauce, 1 piece of wheat bread. water cal- 460 kids cup smoothie from smoothie king cal- 150 string cheese cal- 60 Total Cals- 1370 Workout- 45 mins on ArcTrainer (cardio) burned 430 cals love handle crunches, crunches, adductors and abductors, leg press |
