Last night...

Last night I had three points left to use up so I allowed myself to have 3
chocolates at 1 point each. Even though they were within my daily points
allowance, I felt really naughty and guilty for eating them :(

Ditch the guilt! These were a treat within points, not a sin. There is
no guilt in WW philosophy, nor mine!

Noooo.. Get over that! Our leader was making the point last night that,
under weight watchers, we are NOT "dieting." We are learning how to eat,
and working in things like chocolate etc is part of it. You just need to
get a handle on a) not nibbling on things like that mindlessly and b)not
letting one lead to a binge. WE can have ANYTHING we want, just not
everything at once! Look at it as a celebration of your self-discipline!
I do have to say, though, I am NOT ordering the Collins Street pecan-fruit
cake for myself this year! They are delicious, they are also about 400
calories in a very small slice and I have found that one slice inevitably
leads to another- and another - and another-----

Good job sticking within your points. That's the name of the game. Don't
feel guilty.

Hey I have chocolate every day :-) Do NOT feel guilty, it is OK as long as
you don't go overboard.

You stayed within your points allowance. You have
nothing to feel guilty about.
