Day 16 - Going away for the weekend

Another pound gone.

I was a major slacker yesterday, didn't exercise a lick. (Can you tell I'm
from the south now? lol) I will try to get my exercise time in today. I
decided to take Caleb advice and just give it another week doing what I'm
doing before I change anything.

(Yesterday evening, I got on the scale and it showed that I weighed 270
pounds. Then I put my son down and it said that I weighed 201. Lost 69
pound in 45 seconds.)

I didn't sleep good last night, but I didn't have any dreams.

I hope everyone has a good weekend with great dieting results.

LOL!!! The old diet candy Ayds use to have these pictorial ads with the
"I lost blah blah blah", my best friend did
a parody of that ad for the birth announcment of her first baby, "I lost 35
pounds and sixteen inches from my waist OVERNIGHT!!!"

Yikes--I just thought, that kid would be thirty now. I'm old....

Good for you! You sure are charging along!

There was a car parked on our street and it's horn went off for 25
seconds every hour and a half or so. Very loudly. Heck of a thing. But
I'll sleep well tonight.
