I came across a review for this diet in the womans own magazine, I was a bit
sceptical at first,
but what the heck I gave it a try and to my suprise it works quite well.
I lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks, its might not be the cheapest diet but it works
for me. so i guess it
makes it a worth while price to pay.

My girlfriend has lost 8 lbs on an underground diet a coworker turned
her on to: "Cookies and Hot Fudge Diet." Booklet she got for five
bucks on ebay ... no special foods, gets to eat desserts every day,
now about four others in her department on it too. The diet you
referenced below sounds a bit pricey to me.
