I need help
Okay can u eat a pb & j REDUCED FAT PEANUT BUTTER and SUGAR FREE
JELLY and it be healthy or would it not like with 2 pieces of bread and the peanut butter then the jelly it = up to 14g of fat soo bad or good?? out of all the food i had today i had 815 calories and probably a total of 17g of fat i had wheat crackers for lunch so they added a couple grams of fat but most likely around 17g of fat and 815 calories but ill have more by tonight because im gonna eat cambells chunky soup that has 1.5g of fat and like 60 calories then ill have an apple...So after all that mumble jumble was my day bad or good |
