gone are the last vestiges of my 300+ lb life

I renewed my driver's license today. It still had my 300+ lb. photo and my
weight was total fiction at the time. At the time I lost weight I simply
decided not to get another license because I had just changed it two years
previous because of marriage.

It turns out on the renewal form all I had to change was my weight and for
the first time since becoming a licensed driver I was not embarassed to list
my real weight.

The lady at the counter said it was rare that the number goes down for most
applicants and then asked if I was planning to put weight on again because
the number I wrote seemed too high :).

I also never changed my license...Thanks to no tickets it has been close to
15 years...It showed my weight at 250...In my mind I never was heavier than
250...In fact I was well over 300...Nice to be below my license weight
now...GG

That's a nice milestone !

My company id photo is 10+ years old and taken near my highest weight. I've
had several people comment that it looks nothing like me. Since I wear it
daily it's a constant reminder to watch the diet and exercise :)

Good for you. I'm looking forward to my driver's license renewal
shortly. I'm currently lighter than my 1999 and 2003 photos, but not as
light as my 1995. Another goal! :-)
