Core cereal question
Anyone know of a 100% bran cereal that doesn't contain sugar or HFCS? I hit
the market this morning and examined many, many boxes. I think I'll be sticking to shredded wheat but I like bran cereals. -- the volleyballchick |

Due to your suggestions I just dug our my copy of the complete food companion and saw that Fiber One is Core. It's the cereal I normally eat so life is good. I have no reason to discontinue my breakfast of Fiber One, plain ff yogurt, and blueberries. -- the volleyballchick |
