W I a day early
 

i had an early morning nail apt. this heat is killing me and our a/c is
broken on the truck. so when i got done with my nails we went the few doors
down and i did WI i didn't stay for the meeting but the bad news is i gained
..2!!! the good news is that i have missed several meetings it is hot, i am
swollen and that is all i gained... there have been times when i have missed
two or three wi and gained almost ten pounds, so i consider this a realy
victory, Lee,

Sweetie, It's too bad about the a/c and the heat. You have such a
great
attitude! I know that the weight will be off soon.

the bottom line is am healthier than when i started i would have died at my
highest weight in this weather... btw the dh found a van he might buy if
they guy comes down a bit on the price, Lee
