Diet Fat Burning Soup Ingredients:

6 large onions (or less if required)
2 green peppers
1-2 cans tomatoes
1 bunch celery
1/2 head cabbage
Chicken stock cube (or 1 packet onion soup mix)
1-2 cubes bouillon if desired
Season to taste with salt and pepper
follow the instructions below:

Cut all the vegetables into small to medium pieces and place in a large pan, cover with water, and add the chicken stock cube, bouillon and seasoning.

Bring to the boil over a medium heat and boil rapidly for ten minutes, then reduce the heat to simmer gently.

Continue cooking until all the vegetables are tender but not mushy.

Diet Fat Burning Soup Tips:

Eat as much diet fat burning soup as you want, whenever you want and at any time of the day.

This diet fat burning soup will not add calories, the more you eat, the more fat you will burn.

Fill a flask if you intend to be away from home during the day to keep your fat burning diet consistent.
