Assistance requested in adding content to new weight-loss assistance forum

Dear all,

I have recently decided to create a forum to assist internet users in
finding a diet, and get support and recipes for that diet, without having to
deal with endless adverts and information designed only to earn someone some
money.

The reason behind this is because I also wish to lose some weight at the
moment and am not sure exactly what to go for. However, as I know about
newsgroups I don't really have a major need to use a web-forum, but it
dawned upon me that there's probably thousands of people who want to lose
weight but don't know about news groups. I wasn't able to find anything
similar on the internet.

As my current knowledge of diets is a little limited, although I have
positive experience with both a low-carb diet and weigh****chers, I really
really struggled to find some recipes that I would've liked, and that
weren't too expensive (food can be a little expensive in the UK). Therefore
the purpose of this post isn't to spam as an advertisement, as there's
nothing to advertise yet, but to ask if any of you had some time if you
could add some content to the forum.

The main sections and descriptions for each diet are a

Diet Information
General Information on the diet & the theory behind it.

Support
If you're having problems sticking to the diet, look here for information
about hiccups and problems other's have encountered, and how they have
overcome them.

Recipes
Recipes that other's have shared with us to help give you a little
inspiration and variety into your diet.

With a general forum to help people in selecting a diet which is:

Which diet is right for you?
Experiences from other people of various diets they have tried.

Currently, the only 2 diets that have sections are Weigh****chers and
Low-Carb, but I will be searching for more common ones over the next couple
of days and adding them accordingly. I will also be adding some content to
it myself when I write something suitable enough, although I don't know any
recipes!.

I am registering a domain for this forum: http://www.whichdiet.org, however
this will take a few days to complete, in the mean time it can be located at
the below address:

http://www.comatosedelusion.com/forum/index.php

I apologise if you feel that this posting is a nuisance, however, for a site
like this to be successful, it would need content submitting by a number of
people all with different experiences, problems and opinions. Also for those
of you that post recipes to this newsgroup, I would appreciate it if you
could submit a few to the site, I will not add any recipes without your
permission.

Kind Regards,
Ben

Try Yahoo Groups.

The key is to have a new skew, that you believe in. Your planned theme of
being uncertain on which diet to use might actually be attractive for
people.

Good luck,

Cubit
