This is by design. We want to report warning to user when ever there
is no proper wordbreak is found and neutral wordbreaker is used.
Neutral wordbreak will not be able to handle langauge specific word
breaking so user may not be able to find correct answer during query
time. So we want to warn user for every row when such kind of behavior
take place. It is recommanded to user that make sure proper
wordbreaker is installed and used. If user think they understand the
side affect of using neutrual word break and want to suppress the
warning, they can set column full-text langauge to 0. For
varbinary(max) or image type column, the default language will be OS
system locale or the document can mark a piece of text in certain
language. To avoid the warning user can either set os locale to
supported language. Or create a registry value "FullTextOverrideLcid"
and set it to 1 to force blob column to use full-text column langauge
which is set to neutral. FullTextOverrideLcid is located at SQL
instance registry hive. For example, it is at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQLServer.
