LowCarb Snacks for long Road Trip
We're headed on an 8 day road trip this October, from NJ to FL with stops along
the way. I'm looking for some snack ideas, since I don't have a fridge in the car (!), cheese and anything perishable is a no-no. I'm thinking nuts, maybe some peanut butter, and my usual frankensnack per day, any other suggestions? |
Old Wisconsin beef sticks, macadamia nuts

I'd go the low carb bar route, nuts, and that's about all I can think of. -- Bob in CT Remove ".x" to reply |

I would buy things as you go- you aren't locked into the car! you should bring some non-perishables then stop along the way. i like to make my own beef jerky - you can bring jerky if you make/buy it |
