Congrats on the weight loss. It is difficult to judge just from the
pics, but it seems your shoulders are becoming more and more
internally rotated as time progresses. Do you do any horizontal
pulling exercises like bent rows?

I am doing pullups on a daily basis (two sets of 10 weighted ones

per
set daily). That could have something to do with it.

I asked about the horizontal pulling because I thought it might help
correct what looks to be an imbalance. I think the best way to see
what I'm noticing is to note your watch face in the Aug23, 2003 front
photo compared to the watch face in the Sept 10, 2004 front photo.

I am sorry, it sounds as though I should pay close attention to what
you say, but I do not quite understand what you are saying
exactly. Are my shoulders rotated too much inwards, or outwards? And
what would be a good corrective solution? You mentioned horizontal
pulling, so this is likely what you are suggesting, but I want to be
clear.

It looks to me from those pictures that your shoulders have rotated in
toward your body over the last year. In a front facing photo, the back
of your hands are facing forward with the palms facing backwards. This
could also be the result of an excess curvature of the upper back, but
I don't really notice much change in the side profile photos.

Of course, I'm not certain it is a problem. But if you think it might
be, it can be corrected with additional horizontal pulling volume. I
suggested the bent-row earlier because I know you have a barbell.
Strengthening of the rotator cuff and stretching of the infraspinatus
(sp?) can also help.
