3 Fat Loss Workout Mistakes

What's wrong with your fat loss workout?
Are you frustrated by a lack of weight loss results?
Are you spending too much time in the gym during your workouts and not
getting the fat loss you deserve?
It drives me crazy to hear about people working really hard but
getting no results.
But I see people in the gym everyday that are doing the same workout
and getting nowhere.
You can see the look of frustration and the dread of even doing the
workout in their eyes.
I hope this doesn't describe you and your fat loss situation. If it
does, let's take a look at some of the best fat loss tips and workout
solutions to get you back on the fat loss track.
1. CB's Top 3 Training Tips for Fat Loss
i) Train with intensity. Yes it takes a lot of effort to do 45 minutes
of cardio, but that is low-intensity exercise (since you can do it for
45 minutes straight). Instead, you have to increase the intensity of
your efforts.
That means the following...
ii) Don't rely on slow, steady, long workouts of cardio. Use intervals
instead....

Nothing.

Are you frustrated by a lack of weight loss results?

No.

Are you spending too much time in the gym during your workouts and not
getting the fat loss you deserve?

I spend NO time in the gym and get exactly what I deserve! And, more to
the point, exactly what I earn and expect!

It drives me crazy to hear about people working really hard but
getting no results.
But I see people in the gym everyday that are doing the same workout
and getting nowhere.

Stop going then.

You can see the look of frustration and the dread of even doing the
workout in their eyes.

It's probably due to seeing your misterable face.

I hope this doesn't describe you and your fat loss situation.

Nope!

Crap cut: I don't bother with the gym as I cannot do high impact stuff
due to having fibromyalgia. Instead I usually swim 2-3 times a week,
doing 60-80 lengths of the pool each time, (that's 1500-2000 metres per
session), and walk everywhere I can. This, combined with the sensible
eating that Weight Watchers promotes, means that I lost a total of
70lbs. Most of it has stayed off for over two years. I'm just getting
back to re-shedding the last few pounds regained when I was unable to
swim and ate more than usual due to depression...

There really is no need for anyone to spend money on snake oil,
expensive gyms, or special diet foods and suppliments: sensible meal
planning and a reasonable level of exercise and activity will do all you
need.

No

Not really, I spend little time at the gym and get great results!

It drives me crazy to hear about people working really hard but
getting no results.

You're looking at the wrong people. Weight loss is a complete process, the
gym alone doesn't bring results, good foods alone don't bring resuls.. it's
a combination of both that work.

But I see people in the gym everyday that are doing the same workout
and getting nowhere.

Well DUH..

Hmmm I've been doing this for months, and it doesn't work, oh well I'll keep
doing it!

You can see the look of frustration and the dread of even doing the
workout in their eyes.

Where on earth do you work out? In Saint Quentin?

I hope this doesn't describe you and your fat loss situation.

Not at all

If it
does, let's take a look at some of the best fat loss tips and workout
solutions to get you back on the fat loss track.

Ok,

1. CB's Top 3 Training Tips for Fat Loss
i) Train with intensity. Yes it takes a lot of effort to do 45 minutes

No kidding.. if you have to say that, then I'm not surprised people around
you get no results..

That means the following...
ii) Don't rely on slow, steady, long workouts of cardio. Use intervals
instead....

Yes and no. Intervals are great, but like anything else.. too much of
anything is too much...
