so I knew I wouldn't be in any shape to do ww on sat, and i had missed
enough meetings i was afraid if i didn't go soon i might quit altogether, so
on monday i went and did wi, didn't say for meeting, i can't sit with my
foot down for that long... i did manage to lose a bit and now i have
redouble my journalling efforts, i am in points but i see my choices aren't
the best, Lee hoping you a great holiday season, --
