ww on my own

I am just plain broke. I bought the complete food companion. I read labels.
I found the following formulas on the web

- food points
-activity points
- daily target points

How is the weekly point allowance determined? Is it 35 regardless or is
there a formula for that too? I know I am 35 now, but as I slim will it get
less?

Thanks

always 35, and if you get where you can afford it, going to the first ten or
twelve weeks to get the written materials will be a huge help, and from what
my DH figured, the monthly pass which gives you meetings and etools is the
cheapest way to do it, and there is so much information on the site it would
take forever to read/take notes/copy all of it, good luck, Lee
