I can lose weight and not gain it back

Most people can follow a diet and lose weight if they really want to.
It is keeping it off that is a major problem for most people. This
problem stems from dieting mistakes people get trapped in . The
biggest mistake of all is not exercising and not eating enough during
a diet.

Great article! I totally agree with you. Many people think that
following a particular diet program or whatever and not doing any
exercise is enough. But it is incredibly important to do some exercise
to keep the weight off. I would know. The main problem I think is that
people lead very busy lives and do not have time for exercise... or
they are tired after a day's work. This is made worse if their job is
sitting down in an office all day... and also after a day's work they
don't feel like cooking and just grab a take-away or something. I
think it is our lifestyle in general that is working against us.

Maybe a solution to this problem could be that all companies be
required to actively promote exercising...

What do you think?
