Best Way to Break up Pre-Mixed Shakes?
Sometimes in order to save work, I like to use protein shake mixes.
But they clump up. I have heard a few tips, such as putting an ice cube in the mix, using really cold water, and so on, but I was wondering if anyone here had any other ideas. I know Braun makes an electric thing specifically for mixing thick drinks. |

I have two shakers I got free with orders from Netrition.. it has a *screen*
style section instead of the *wheel* one like form Tupperware.. I usually use the blender but the shaker works great if I am in a hurry.. breaks up the clumps much better. i found that by starting with a little water and the mix in the blender,
then adding water until it was the consistency i want, i get fewer clumps. when i started with the full amount of water and just dumped in the mix, it took a lot longer...
