WI today

I was creeping upward weekly with one celebration after another. This
weekend is my youngest child's graduation so the celebrations continue.
Yesterday on my own scale I was 7 pounds over goal and was so frustrated
but today at WI I showed a 1.6 loss and just 4 pounds over goal. Even
though we will be gone the next three days and eat at the best
restaurants in Los Angeles I still look forward to maintaining or a
small loss next week. It's all about choices and portion control.

Tough one Audrey, but gald you made it through all of your celebrations.

I tried to be careful this week as well and tried to plan ahead. We had my
daughter's birthday dinner on Saturday, then family barbecue on Sunday, then
cake on Monday for my wife's family, then last night was my brithday so we
went out for surf'n turf - I'm afraid of what the scale might say at
tomorrow's WI.

as I said in previous posting - I may lose a battle here and there, but I
still intend to win the war!

Have fun un L.A. and enjoy yourself!

yes and you are in control of those choices, perhaps, if you consider, you
are going to a child's graduation, stay healthy enough to be there for the
grandchild's graduation??? Lee
