What's about coca light ?

hi,
I used to drink a lot of coca light. But in the Atkin's book it's not
adviced.
I was wondering why and if any of you drink coca during their diet

What's about coca light ?

Cola Light, or Diet Coke (depends what country your in) .. contains Aspertame,
which is discouraged by Atkins, because it can cause sweet cravings (others
will be better informed then I on this). I switched off of Diet Coke to a diet
cola that is sweetened with Splenda, and eventually, was able to "kick" the
habit of diet drinks altogether.

I thought it was supposed to be banned for the caffeine. Maybe both?
