Weight Watchers Article
Sometime last year I read an article about how a woman followed Weight
Watchers with some kind of twist that sped up her weight loss. I believe it was in Women's World. It had something to do with counting your points but using one day to have more points which in turn revved up her loss. Do any of you remember the article? Thank You, Bettina |

This article is in the current issue of Women's World. she is on the front
cover standing in one leg of her pants from when she weighed 350 lbs (or something close to that). I purchased this magazine at the check out earlier this week and read the article and yes there was something similar to what you were stating, but it is basically follow the plan, drink your water, move, eat your 5 fruits/veg and get your healthy oils and the plan works.
