Ionamin - typical dosage and best place to find it?
 

If you take the Ionamin Phentermine (the time release version), what is
the typical dosage? Do you just take 30mg in the morning and that's it
for the day? Or do you still have to take more around noon/afternoon,
even though it is time-release?

What do most typical cases call for?

I know it is more expensive but since I get jittery easily, I didn't
want to try the regular blue or yellow because I might feel a surge of
it and get too anxious.


And if you have any advice on which place to buy it from, please let me
know! I mean the cheapest place you can trust to sell the real thing,
without prescription, to the US.
