Food & Exercise -- 7/14/2007
A good day, though I ate and drank more than I really should
have :-). Anyway, I went to hip-hop class in the morning. Then I went to my friend Chris's other winery (not the one I usually visit, but his first one -- a bit farther from our home), for an SPCA charity event -- rolling out a new wine named after Chris's dog :-). After that I went to a farm stand and the grocery, then came home for a while. Tonight DH and I went out to dinner at a nearby restaurant. It was a beautiful evening and we ate outdoors -- nice! Food: * 6:45 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 11:45 (after hip-hop, driving to winery): energy brownie * 12:00 -- 1:00 (winery): 1 glass wine; a couple of ounces of gouda cheese (bought a small wheel -- ate 1/4 and brought the rest home): * 1:30 (driving from farm stand to grocery): large peanut butter cookie, which I bought at the farm stand * 5:00 (home): ~ 12 cherries * 7:00 -- 8:30 (restaurant): 1 small piece bread w/ a little butter; warm spinach salad (spinach, mushrooms, bacon dressing, goat cheese) {ate about 3/4 -- gave the rest to DH}; roast duck served with mixed greens, pecans, & blood oranges {ate most but not all of the duck breast (minus all the fat, which I don't like -- brought the rest of the breast & the leg home}; 1/2 portion of small chocolate mousse {split w/ DH}; 3 glasses wine {bought a bottle, but DH doesn't drink much, so I end up having more than I need!} Exercise: 10:30: 1 hour hip-hop cardio class Chris 262/130s/130s |
