Cashing in on fat people?

Or they could cash in even more and charge double for ech oversize person. Then instead of incessantly whining about the lack of accomodations for fat people, you and NAAFA should put your money where your mouth is and become billionaires. If there is money to be made, then whining and legislation won't be needed. Correct? |

I know of several fat couples who routinely purchase a block of 3 tickets so that they can "own" one seat between them for their comfort and the comfort of those around them. Yet if they were to present themselves at the gate they might be required to purchase 2 seats each even though they thought ahead and made arrangements ahead of time. Why should they be charged for two seats each when they are already paying for all the space they need? And this doesn't even address the absurdity of 17 inch seats on most major carriers. Even a not fat person isn't going to be very comfortable in a seat that narrow! AJ Because, somebody has to be the Diva! |

I used to travel extensively when i was less fat, and did not find the seats all that bad width wise. leg room wise they were pretty awful. i can only imagine how a taller person would feel after a few hours crunched up like a pretzel.
