Hi Lee

I didn't attend last weekend because I was sick but I went this morning.
I'd lost another 2kg. That's 2kg across the two weeks, so it's one per
week. Still pretty good. My total is 9.4kg in three weeks.

I have big plans this week because I'm having a big chilli week. I know
that eating hot curry and boiled brown rice promotes weight loss with me.
The extra hot Chicken Vindaloos should kick me well and truly over the 10kg
loss line. Time will tell...
