the day from hell

first off I am not even sure if i posted last week, i lost 1.4 i think, this
week i gained 3 pounds, but we travelled again, i didn't do squat for
exercises, and what water i drank while on the trip was water softened to
about sea salty quality... i also ate egg plant which affects my joints, so
i am sre that most if not all of my gain is from water... when you add that
to both cars breaking down one before WI and one after needing a tow, i am
grateful i got there, grateful to get the second one home, and grateful all
this added stress did not affect my food choices, have a great week, Lee,
hoping someone is still readin here besides her

HI
Sounds like you had some interesting challenges last week! There were
times when I felt like everything the world wanted to throw at me was
happening all at once! But these things are life! They are always
going to come and will affect weight loss if you allow them to, I know
I used to let them! I worked on my mindset so I made sure the things
that what life throwed at me was water off a ducks back compared to my
desire to reach my desired weight and keep it off!
Hope this was helpful and you have a better week!
