Hello all. I am really happy with my progress this week.
I thought I would start sharing my progress each week. That way I can keep myself on track. Keep in mind that I am only 5'4" and a large frame. This was my standings before I started my life change. Weight: 274lbs chest: 52" waist: 55" Hips: 58" thigh: 25" calf: 18" After 1 week of diet and exercise. Weight: 272lbs chest: 52" waist: 54" hips: 57" thighs: 24" calf: 17" |
