Question
I hate drinking plain water, so I bought some of the sugar free drink
packets to add flavor to the water. Question: On the drink packets' box it states that it is a soft drink mix. So, can I still count it as water or do I have to consider it as a drink? I'm sorry if I didn't make all of the clear. Thanks |

Thanks Jackie -- If it has calories, it has calories and those should be counted. I'm sure not a physician but I'd count it as water, as long as you're drinking a reasonable amount of liquid in the course of a day. (Dr. Dean Edell, the radio doctor, says: "If you pee dark yellow, drink more water!" You probably ought to be urinating at least 3 or more times during a day, I think, and more if you include morning and evening hours.) But I dunno. Keep up the good work, though! Yours truly, Caleb |
