I drink one cup of orange juice every morning.
I do not drink coffee, tea, soda.

I was told orange juice has too many calories and does cause weight gain?
Any fact to this?

I don't know, but the commercial juice -100% natural, no sugar added-
makes my stomach very acid. Grapefruit juice does not.

I love grapefruit juice too.
But my doctor told me not to drink Grapefruit juice because it blocks the
SimvaStatin drug I am taking.

I wonder there are similar frozen juice I can drink every morning, instead
of orange juice?

Actually, I think it blocks the metabolism of statins, leading to OD
possibilities.
