Many people think that following a particular diet program or whatever and not doing any exercise is enough. But it is incredibly important to do some exercise to keep the weight off. I would know. The main problem I think is that people lead very busy lives and do not have time for exercise... or they are tired after a day's work. This is made worse if their job is sitting down in an office all day... and also after a day's work they don't feel like cooking and just grab a take-away or something. I think it is our lifestyle in general that is working against us. Maybe a solution to this problem could be that all companies be required to actively promote exercising... What do you think?
