Food & Exercise -- 7/10/2007
Ran early this morning, and went to the pool this afternoon. Didn't
do much else other than some laundry and stuff. I was supposed to go work at the conservancy, but we wanted to climb the mountain to put out moth traps (for cataloging moth species, not for eliminating moths), but it was just too hot, so we're planning it for Thursday instead. Food: * 7:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 10:45 (home): energy brownie * 1:00 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup * 5:15 (pool snack bar): wheat crackers w/ peanut butter * 8:00 (home): ~4 oz. poached salmon; a bunch of veggies w/ f/f yogurt onion dip; 2 glasses wine Exercise: * 6:30: 3 mile run * 3:30 -- 6:00: swimming: 3 x 12 lengths {apparently it's a 25 meter pool, so this was a total of 900 meters|, a bit over 1/2 mile} Chris 262/130s/130s |
