continuing loss problem

It has been 16 months since I started my WW type diet. I went from 275 to
175 in about 10 months.
Lately my weight has dropped to 171 which is under the 177 I wished to
maintain.
I am not eating that much but since I got 'scared' (Dr's appointment in 10
day) I started to eat bad food first 2 orders of french fries in 16 months.
And 3 soft ice cream cones (1st also).
Is this common for the weight loss to continue?
My basic diet is very changed from my 275 lifestyle, and my stomach has
shrunk considerably, I would imagine, as I don't have that hugh appetite
anymore.
Anyway, on the 20th the Dr. will let me know. Oh yeah, 73 years old too.
Could be anything.
My physical a year ago gave me a perfect score.

I hope everything turns out okay. Since you know how to track, maybe
you could use this to add some high points foods. Let us know how
this comes along.
Hugs,
Cat

i have talked to a lot of people and it seems if one continues to lose and

All is well now

All is well. I ate like a pig for a few days and started putting the weight
back on. 177 was my target weight, but I went down to 170. Then it started
coming up. I couldn't get to see my Dr. for 15 days, and by 7 days I was at
177 again. So I canceled the Dr. appointment and I have now been bouncing
between 172 and 179. One day of salads gets about 2.5 pounds off me the next
day. Especially on a day when I take my prescribed 'water pill'.
What a different life style this is. I have people talking to me
that would have snubbed me before. Especially strangers. Friends now want
to chat... not just say hello. I can't believe how much energy I have, but
I have a extremely noticable reduction in strength. I used to be a bull
(ironworker) and could easily lift and carry a 214 pound acetelene tank.
Now a 96 pound bag of portland cement has me maxed out.
. . . . . One fabulous program. Thanks to one an all who advised me in
April of 2009.

Hey Pintlar that's really good to know that you come down from 275 to 175 and know to 171.... I really impressed by your working and appreciated you on this one effort.... Keep it up and carry one you will do that to maintain your weight on your own choice .......

careful Owl. You even mention that name and you're in "edit" territory or at risk of being relegated to the basement.
