Falling off the wagon

Just following up my last post, about losing the WW habit while staying
with my parents during my Dad's illness.

In the end, last Monday's weigh-in showed me 1lb lighter. Yesterday's
showed a 3lb additional loss - if I can do that again this week, I will be
back to where I was. Eating well, but mainly fish or chicken (grilled,
baked or steamed) and lots of veg. Occasional yearnings for red meat
satisfied by nice lean venison (venison grillsteaks are also a good
substitute for burgers). I love tomato based sauces, which can be adapted
make dishes interesting without eating into the points too much.

Dad also continues to improve. Thanks for all the good wishes.

Chris
