Andrew and I have disagreements from time to time; about his postings,
about my postings, and about rational approaches to weight loss. But
generally he tolerates me.

I don't know about the statement you've made regarding his work. More
to the point neither do you.

And yes, you can be held legally responsible for something injurious
you have said about another person on the internet--particularly as it
defames their career.
