trip to the gym. Food: * 7:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan * 10:30 (home): 1 square milk chocolate * 11:45 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup * 2:00 (home): 1 small chocolate (Dove Promises), 2 peanut M&Ms, 1 caramel {Didn't really need these -- found them when cleaning out a drawer and ate them rather than put them away or toss them :-).} * 4:15 (gym, between lifting & yoga): energy bar * 7:30 (home): 125g Mandarin Orange Chicken (a prepared entree from Trader Joe's); 1/4 cup (uncooked weight) quinoa * 11:00 (home -- planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt w/ 100g blueberries Totals: 1581 calories, 47g fat (27%), 154g carbs (39%), 130g protein (33%) Exercise: 3:30 -- Upper body: chin-up negatives; machine-assisted pull-ups; lat pulls; seated cable rows; bent-over DB rows; DB bench press; push-ups with feet on bench; cable flyes; seated DB shoulder press; standing DB lateral and front raises, alternating; standing DB curls; seated DB wrist curls; seated DB overhead triceps extension; cable triceps pressdown 4:30 -- 75 minute vinyasa yoga class Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
