LW might want to check it out???........you may already have been there? It
says for your height and age and if you want to weigh only 130, then 1239
calories per day is what you need to maintain.

NOTE TO DOUG: I purchased " The Doctor's Pocket Fat & Carb counter" from
www.calorieking.com about 2 years ago! What a great book !! There's so much
info that book and the cost was peanuts!

Fun and useful! I learned from the weight loss calculator that my excess
body fat equals 331,000 stored calories, or the equivalent of 1655
doughnuts. I better keep working out!
