Atkins had a heart problem related to some kind of viral infection that
caused him to retain water and he ballooned to 258 lbs. His way of eating
kept him from going to over 300 pounds like many who have this same problem.

Atkind died of complications from head trauma that resulted after a nasty
spill on the ice.
