So, what's the secret to making chocolate ice cream that's deep and rich? I
make a great ice cream, but I am trying to figure out what flavoring to use.
I tried cocoa powder-- yuck!

2 parts cocoa powder to 3 parts cold milk. Whisk well, then heat
gently, whisking constantly, till boiled and thickened. Cool, use to
flavour ice cream.

Use LC milk if you have access to it.
