Average weekly weight loss?
With exercise and 1700 cals/day I'm wanting to set a goal of 2.5 lbs / week.
I realize this may be unrealistic. I'd appreciate it if any successful, long-term losers would chime in with how their weekly weight loss goal coincided with actual realized loss. Thanks, Mike WOE since 2/23/04 252/235/160-ish 5'6" |

The fewer calories from carbs, the more you'll lose.

Also, keep your carb level too low and you run the risk of dropping your leptin output to almost nothing. Yes, it does when I do everything right. Control eating, weight train, and do lots of cardio. I suggest you shoot for 1.5 lbs / week. You'll be happier and you'll feel successful. :: :: Thanks, :: :: Mike :: :: WOE since 2/23/04 :: 252/235/160-ish :: 5'6" |
